Refund Policy

All sales are final. Because every robe is prepared for shipping right away, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges once an order is placed.

1 Year Warranty

If you added the 1 Year Warranty at checkout and your robe develops a defect within 12 months of delivery (heating element, power connection, zipper or stitching), we will send you a free replacement. Send us your order number and a short photo or video of the issue through our contact form and we will get your replacement on the way.

Damaged or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, reach out through our contact form within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will make it right.

Lost packages

Orders with Shipping Protection that are lost or stolen in transit are reshipped at no cost.
